Terms of Service for Leadership Coaching

Welcome to luminarise360.com. These Terms of Service govern your use of our leadership coaching services, information products, and goods. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

1.1 Service Offerings

We offer personalized leadership coaching sessions designed to enhance your leadership skills, strategic thinking, and organizational impact. Services may be delivered one-on-one, in group settings, or via digital platforms.

1.2 Scheduling and Delivery

Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. You may reschedule a session by providing at least 48 hours’ notice.

2. Information Products

Our information products include digital courses, e-books, and webinars focused on leadership development. Upon purchase, access is granted immediately through your account.

3. Goods

Physical merchandise may include books, workbooks, and branded materials. Goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times vary based on destination.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Leadership Coaching Services

Clients may cancel or reschedule coaching sessions with at least 48 hours’ notice without penalty. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, the session fee is non-refundable but may be credited toward a future session within six months.

All refunds, where applicable, will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. No refunds are provided for completed sessions.

4.2 Information Products

Digital products may be refunded within 14 days of purchase provided less than 10% of the content has been accessed. To request a refund, contact us via the contact form. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days.

4.3 Goods

You may return unused physical products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Returns must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
